What we collect and why
This policy is also our California notice at collection. Digital Empowered LLC, doing business as Home Agent Guru, collects the categories below only to operate and improve the report service. We do not sell or share any category of personal information.

How information is disclosed
We disclose personal information only as needed to run the service and where required by law. We do not disclose it to advertising networks or data brokers.
- Address and property-data providers help us resolve a property and create a report.
- Payment processors handle checkout and fraud prevention; card details are entered directly with them, not with us.
- Identity, database, hosting, and privacy-focused analytics providers operate and secure the service.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may request to know/access personal information, correct inaccurate personal information, request deletion, and receive equal service and price when exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of and no “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” right to exercise because we do not collect sensitive personal information.
You may submit a request at privacy@homeagentguru.com. Because we operate exclusively online and have a direct relationship with consumers, email is our request method. We will acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, unless we notify you of one permitted extension. We verify account-holder requests with a one-time code sent to the email address on the account; do not send identity documents. Authorized agents may submit a request with proof of authorization, and we may still verify the consumer directly.
Information we do not collect or use
- Sensitive personal information as defined by CPRA.
- Personal information from children under 16; the service is not directed to them.
- Personal information for sale, sharing, or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Card details are entered directly into our payment processor and never reach our servers. Address-lookup requests pass through our server, so the address provider does not receive your IP address.
Changes to this policy
We will post material changes here and update the “Last updated” date. You can review this policy at any time from the Privacy Policy link in our footer.
